recovering lost public money from swiss bank

I read in last week's indian express about public money was being looted by congress big wigs to swiss bank and liechster bank etc for the last sixty years thus plundering our country's wealth . please give assurance to our country men that when BJP comes to power it will bring back the looted wealth and use wisely for the up liftment of poor/aam admi who constitutes 60% of our country's population .It will be a great service to the nation and to mahatma Gandhi . All the nasty politicians who use Gandhi's name for their plundering .for example the satyam scam of Rs 7000 cr .an article showing good evidence for this was published in the new indian express dated 19/01/2009, pg:9.

I agree totally with Mr. gokul. BJP must give an undertaking in its manifesto that it will do the needful to bring back all the money looted by all Politicians and deposited in Swiss Banks or other havens.

I fully agree with Mr. Gokul. BJP must give an undertaking in its manifesto that it will bring back all the money looted from India by different corrupt politicians and deposited in Swiss banks and other havens.

BJP should give an undertaking in its manifesto that it will recover the money from the Swiss Bank accounts and that this be used for writting off the loans of the small farmers and to imporve rural infrastructure. It must give a time frame before which it will be done.

Get Back Black Money.......

If realy wants to get back black money, the easiest way as per my opinion is as follow.

Need to be take following steps agressively, honestly with-out any pressure.


1) As per my knowledge & search, world has nearly 17-18 Tax Hevens, They includes 100s of banks, We need to assure that our country will get back all money from these tax heavens.
i.e. Not only from Swiss Bank from All Tax Heavens

2) Issue all transaction deatails sience 2004 to till Date.

3) We need only to get a list of person's identification who had deposited blak money.

4) Implemention of Law.. which is most important.

Before getting the identification of person, we need to implement a rule in which our courts are able to give punishment to that person as bellow.

Name of list as a Evidence for court not need any other documents to prove frude against country.

- 100 yrs Jail without any hearing, bail, parole to that person (Punishment not less than 100 yrs).

- Not only that person, include there family members (Real Sister & Brothers, Son, Doughter, Wife, Cousine Brother/Sister, Uncle/Aunty, Brother in Law, Sister in Law, Father in Law, Mother in Law, Friends and Other Relatives)

- Punishment for next generation, under our current law court is not abel to punish a person whoes age is bellow 14yrs, so, after that age, if above person's son/sister and other relatives will be punished as per above law, this law is liable for generation to generation till we got that money back.

- Freezing of all property, bank account and bussiness of that person & there relatives in india, make that property as public/govt property.

5) If person is agred to submit that black money to govt then above law will not give any punishment.

This is the easiest way to get black money quickly, without going for long process with any other contury's govt.

One more thing is public that list and amount for comman man and take real step against them.
