Congress has the natural patent for the song "Jai Ho" as it is from Slum Dog Millionare and Congress is the Architect of creating and maintaining those slums for last 50 years. Congress has this skill that its Government will pass the bill to remove a slum and the local leaders wil oppose the slum removal
